⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐---I have bought 2 minibikes here, the Gazelle 500w and the Jackal 1000w. First time the delivery was perfect, 2nd time the delivery came on a different day than planned so I lost 2 free days. I was not so happy with their logistics partner. But the bikes themselves are good and the price is fair. After some time the Gazelle stopped working. I contacted support, got very quick responses and they sent a new part under warranty. Happy with the afterservice. I would definitely recommend them.
