Shipping and Payment Information

We deliver to 27 European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and United Kingdom.

All new orders will be shipped within 48 hours of cleared payment to the delivery address that was submitted along with the order.

We ship vehicles from our warehouse in Germany and spare parts from our warehouse in Poland.. Please allow 3 to 10 working days for your order to arrive. After shipment, you will receive a link to track your order.

Shipping price will appear during a checkout (after you fill the address box)

Please be aware that we only accept payments in Euro. If you select another currency, and then proceed to the shopping cart, the currency will automatically be converted to Euro.

Customers have the right to cancel any order and return the goods within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods. Due to the nature of our products we will only accept unused and original sealed items. We cannot refund or exchange a used item. The customer will need to cover cost of returning item to our warehouse. We will only refund delivery costs if the return is due to our error. In the unlikely event of returning an item, please fill in the product return form.
